Connecting devices with diffrent Apple-IDs

Hey there,

I'm not sure if using the right community...

I'm using two accounts for my apple devices. For business I have an Apple-ID (Apple-ID_1) for my iPhone 6S.

For private I'm using another Apple-ID (Apple-ID_2) for my stuff (iPad Mini 4, MacBook (2015), AppleTV 3rd gen.).

I'm also using an AppleWatch Sport. This is linked logically to my business iPhone.

I woluld like to use the new feature from macOS Sierra: unlocking the MacBook (Apple-ID_2) with my AppleWatch (Apple-ID_1).

All devices are on the current software version.

Is there any solution? I'm sure, that I'm not the only one with this situation.
